CRYSTAL Palace boss Tony Pulis has quashed rumours linking Simon Makienok and Andreas Bjelland to the club in the current transfer window.
Both had been touted with £2m and £3m moves to Selhurst Park by national media sources, but Pulis has revealed he's never heard of either as he looks to bolster his squad.
"As I'm stood here now, I don't even know them," said the boss. "If you said there's £1m if you knew what position they played in, I wouldn't have a clue.
"That's the way the world works at the moment.
"We're the same as every other club. We're trying to get players in and make the squad stronger for the last 16 games of the season.
"We've been working very, very hard to identify in bringing players in and I'm sure it will be busy come the end of the week.
"You can go on and on and on about the players who might be available, who might be moving here or there.
"You haven't got long now to wait to see who we bring in and what we bring in. Just be a little bit patient."
