FIREFIGHTERS had to put out a fire in a West Croydon flat block's communal bins in the early hours of this morning (Monday).
Crews from Croydon fire station were called to six full black bin bags ablaze in Sydenham Road just before 2am.
The fire was put out within half an hour and investigators are not yet sure what cuased the fire, but arson has not been ruled out.
