A HORSE owned by a Crystal Palace fan won the main race of the day at the Cheltenham Festival today.
Sire De Grugy, whose majority owner is Eagles fan Steve Preston, galloped to victory in the 3.20pm Queen Mother Champion Chase.
Mr Preston and his son Sean were among a party with Sire De Grugy scarves in the famous red and blue of Palace.
The 11-4 favourite beat horses Somersby, Module and Sizing Europe to win.
