DAVE Kemp has backed referee Michael Oliver to handle the pressure of officiating Manchester United at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
The Eagles assistant doesn't believe there will be a repeat scenario from September where Ashley Young was awarded a penalty for a foul which took place two yards outside the box against Palace.
"Michael Oliver is a good referee, I've got no problem with him," said Kemp.
"But most of the Premier League refs are good. One or two you come against, you're not always keen on, but he's not one of them and Michael is a good ref.
"It's a good game for him on Saturday. And unfortunately what happened to Palace (in September) is not the first time something has happened like that at Old Trafford."
