ADLENE Guedioura says Jason Puncheon will bounce back following his horror miss from the penalty spot at Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
The Algerian, who made his comeback after several weeks out with two broken ribs, witnessed the spot-kick from the substitutes' bench at White Hart Lane.
Guedioura told the Advertiser: "We can all miss sometimes. We have to forget about it and think about the next game, but I was really sad for him because I'm sure he wanted to score.
"It could have changed the game but if we keep thinking about it, we're not going to step forward.
"These things happen in football and I am sure he will score the next one. I couldn't see the strike properly (from the dugout), maybe it swerved a little bit, but I know Punch and he's got a great left foot.
"He scores them in training and he has done in matches so he will come back and react.
"I am sure he will score plenty of goals for Palace."
