FORMER Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway took over at Millwall earlier this week, and Eagles co-chairman Steve Parish has told the Advertiser what he thinks of it.
And although he admitted he hasn't spoken to the 50-year-old since leaving Selhurst Park in October, Parish believes fans shouldn't have any bad feeling behind him joining their south London rivals.
He said: "I wish Ian all the best there – but I haven't spoken to him [since he left].
"It's a job – what do people want him to do?
"If you were a professional chocolatier and you worked for Nestlé and then Cadbury came in for you, are you not going to work for Cadbury then?
"He doesn't owe us anything."
