CROYDON is in for a dry weekend, as the recent wet weather gives way to mild temperatures and, even, some winter sunshine.
The Met Office forecast suggests it won't rain until at least 9pm on Sunday, with a sunny day and temperatures of 9-10 degrees predicted for tomorrow afternoon.
Sunday looks like being a cloudier prospect, but it'll stay dry for the most part, with temperatures staying at around Saturday's level.
However, heavy rain is forecast for Sunday night moving into the early hours of Monday and, as of Friday afternoon, parts of the south of the borough (Kenley, Purley, and South Croydon) remain on groundwater flood alert
