A TEENAGE girl remains in a critical condition in hospital after she was hit by a car.
The 17-year-old was hit shortly before 9pm on New Year's Day in Addington Road near the junction with Tedder Road, Selsdon.
The driver of the car, a man in his 40s, stopped at the scene and was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He has been bailed to return to a south London police station pending further enquiries.
Collision Investigators from Catford Traffic Garage are investigating.
