BEN HAENOW continues to fly the flag for Croydon on X Factor, having gone through to week four of the live shows.
The 29-year-old's name was called by Dermot O Leary on the Sunday night results show, with Ben making it through despite a public dressing down from mentor Simon Cowell.
The pop svengali admitted after Ben's performance of Aerosmith's I Don't Want To Miss A Thing that he didn't agree with his song choice - changed midway through the week, with the van driver originally having been earmarked to perform Righteous Brothers classic You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling.
But Ben - who remains third favourite to win the show with the bookies - is safely through, as one of 11 acts left on the ITV show.
