A COULSDON snooker club has had its bid to serve alcohol until 2am every Thursday and Saturday refused.
However, Frames Sports Bar, in Brighton Road, will be allowed to open until 2am on 30 occasions each year for pool tournaments.
Residents had opposed the alcohol bid, claiming it would lead to more antisocial behaviour in the area.
