CRYSTAL Palace defender Damien Delaney says everyone in the first team has pulled in the same direction whether they're in the matchday squad or not.
The Eagles achieved Premier League safety at West Ham following their fifth straight victory on Saturday.
And Delaney, who has one more year to go on his current contract, is delighted with the work ethic shown from his team-mates.
"The lads who aren't involved, their attitudes have been fantastic," he told the Advertiser.
"You'd be surprised how things change when they're not involved but everyone has shown up every day and worked hard, whether they're in or out of the team.
"That's what has got us to where we are, that's what has turned everything around.
"We have all been looking in the same direction."
