TONY Pulis was full of praise for both his players and opposition boss Jose Mourinho after Crystal Palace's famous victory over Chelsea.
The Eagles fully deserved their 1-0 win, thanks to a John Terry own goal, and could have won more comfortably, had they taken their chances.
Pulis told Sky Sports after the game: "We picked the team on Monday and worked through it for four days. We knew they have all the tools - whichever way you want to face them they can batter you out and win games.
"We had a few chances in the second half and it would have been nice if one of them had gone in.
"It would have saved a lot of anxiety, but I am pleased we got through the game and got three points."
On Mourinho's post-match reaction, Pulis added:"Chelsea are a fantastic club and the manager has popped in afterwards and said well done to the lads, which shows the class he's got."
