A TEENAGE motorcyclist was taken to hospital after coming off his bike in Central Parade, New Addington this morning (Sunday).
The accident took place at around 11am and the youth was tended at the scene by firefighters from Addington fire station and an off duty paramedic until an ambulance arrived.
An Addington firefighter said the youth had been complaining of pains in his shoulder and back before an ambulance turned up at around 11.45am.
It is believed the motorcyclist lost control and came off his bike after it skidded on gravel which had built up in the centre of the road, close to St Edward's Church.
