Police are appealing for to help in identifying a man after a passenger was assaulted on a bus in Croydon.
On November 21 last year at about 2.50pm, the suspect boarded a route 60 bus at Kingswood Avenue without paying or touching in with an oyster card. ]
The driver told the suspect he would not move unless he paid and the victim, a 38 year old male, then challenged the suspect.
The suspect then lost his temper and attacked the man, punching and kicking him, before making off.
The victim was taken to hospital and treated for a deep cut above his left eye and concussion.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, athletic build and wearing a dark coloured tracksuit.
