CRYSTAL Palace midfielder Owen Garvan could be on his way back to former club Ipswich Town.
Local press in East Anglia believe the midfielder is on Mick McCarthy's radar - but the Tractor Boys are wary of a knee injury the Irishman has been suffering from this season.
Garvan was left out of Tony Pulis' 25-man squad, which was announced yesterday, just as he was back in September under Ian Holloway.
McCarthy reportedly went to watch Palace's U21 against Bristol City two weeks ago but Garvan lasted 60 minutes before going off through injury.
It is expected that a number of Championship clubs will be making enquiries for Garvan, as well as some of the club's youngsters perhaps.
