CRYSTAL Palace will face either Wigan Athletic or MK Dons in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The Eagles made it through after a 2-0 win over West Brom at The Hawthorns on Saturday - with Dwight Gayle and Marouane Chamakh grabbing the goals.
Wigan and MK Dons played out a six-goal thriller at the DW Stadium, with the match ending 3-3 after the Championship side led 2-0 at one stage.
Wigan won last season's FA Cup against all the odds, with former Palace midfielder Ben Watson grabbing a late winner in the final against Manchester City.
However, just four days later, The Latics were relegated from the Premier League and they soon lost the services of highly-rated manager Roberto Martinez.
Wigan endured a tough start to the Championship season under new boss Owen Coyle, who was dismissed last month and replaced by former Brentford manager Uwe Rosler.
MK Dons, for their part, have developed a reputation for playing attractive football in League One, guided by highly-rated young boss Karl Robinson who, on more than one occasion, has been linked with the Palace manager's job.
Both Wigan and MK Dons currently lie 11th in their respective divisions.
Palace will discover the identity of their opponent after a replay at Stadium MK next week, with the fourth round tie due to be played on the weekend of January 25 and 26.
