A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been charged over the death of motorcyclist Kevin Jenkins.
Zbigniew Zawistowski, of no fixed abode, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and false representation by fraud.
Dad-of-two Mr Jenkins died on June 9 when his motorbike collided with a car in St Peter's Road, South Croydon.
Mr Zawistowski was due to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates court today (December 12).
Mr Jenkins was a self-employed computer software expert who had lived with his wife Karen in Selsdon for around 20 years.
He had two teenage sons, Adam, 19, and James, 17.
