JAMES DASAOLU has confirmed he will compete in Brussels, Belgium, at the Belgacom Memorial Van Damme as part of the final Diamond League of the year.
"I have had a great year so far. Training has gone well since Moscow and I am excited to compete in Brussels," said Dasaolu, who is the second fastest British athlete of all-time.
"The 100m final at the World Championships in Moscow was a great learning curve for me and I am stronger for the experience.
"I set two aims at the start of the year to run sub-10 [seconds] and to reach the final so I am very happy with my progress.
"What it's about now for me is progression and I am looking to finish the season in style."
The 100m race at the Brussels Diamond League is at 7.45pm on Friday, September 6.
